ARE YOUR CRYSTALS NATURAL?

We prioritise natural crystals and specimens and aim to be transparent about any treatments or enhancements. If a piece has been dyed, coated, treated or otherwise altered, we'll disclose this in its product information where applicable.

WILL MY CRYSTAL LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPH?

Not always. Natural crystals vary in colour, shape, size, markings and inclusions. Where you're purchasing an individual specimen, the photograph will represent the specific piece you'll receive. For products containing multiple pieces, such as Brews or curated collections, natural variation is expected.

DO YOU SELL TREATED OR ENHANCED CRYSTALS?

Some crystals may naturally or commercially undergo treatments or enhancements. We aim to disclose relevant treatments clearly rather than presenting an altered stone as completely natural.

WHY DOES MY CRYSTALS HAVE IMPERFECTIONS?

Many things that look like imperfections — inclusions, natural fractures, variations, markings and uneven surfaces — are simply part of how crystals form. We consider these characteristics part of each specimen's individuality.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping service selected.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the dispatch process, we may not be able to make changes.

HOW SHOULD I CLEANSE MY CRYSTAL?

Different minerals have different properties, so not every crystal is suitable for water, salt, sunlight or other cleansing methods. Our Grimoire will provide information on caring for individual crystals.

CAN I PUT MY CRYSTALS IN WATER?

Not necessarily. Some minerals can be damaged by water, while others may be affected by prolonged exposure. Always check the care information for your particular crystal before using water.

CAN I PUT MY CRYSTALS IN SUNLIGHT?

Some crystals can fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Check the relevant care information before leaving a piece in strong sunlight.

ARE YOUR CRYSTAL CORRESPONDENCES FACTUAL?

Crystal correspondences are drawn from traditional, cultural and contemporary spiritual practices and should be understood as part of those traditions rather than scientifically established properties.

Our Grimoire presents these correspondences as reference and exploration, not medical, psychological or other professional advice.

DO CRYSTALS HAVE HEALING POWERS?

We don't make medical or therapeutic claims about crystals. Our content explores their historical, cultural and spiritual associations.
